3D Design & Adjust
Precision Design for Your Perfect Fit
We combine a base mold with 3D foot scanning technology, using average plantar pressure data as the core of our design. By analyzing plantar pressure distribution and gait trajectory, we make detailed adjustments to the height, angle, and curvature of the insole to ensure it perfectly fits the unique structure of your feet, providing optimal support and comfort.
Our database contains over a thousand sets of foot shapes, plantar pressure points, and foot mold parameters. Through intelligent big data analysis, we accurately identify and match the most suitable base insole model while generating personalized coefficient parameters, delivering a tailored foot support solution that fits each individual perfectly.
Base model + 3D foot scanning + average foot pressure are the key design focuses. Detailed adjustments in height, angle, and curvature are made based on foot pressure gait trajectories
High-precision orthotic insole thermoforming machine is used to perfectly craft the insole prototype, ensuring optimal fit and structure.
Master craftsman hand-polishes and shapes the insole, making adjustments based on the customer’s fitting feedback to ensure maximum comfort and a perfect fit.
